Returns and Refunds

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will process your refund after we receive the returned item. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. We do not accept returns after 14 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Contact [email protected] with your order number and photographic evidence. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. Wai Lun Limited will provide a replacement or refund at its discretion. This 7 days period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
